AOII Goes Blue


Come out to Buckhead Cafe on March 2 from 5 to 9 to support AOII's International Day of Service as we raise awareness for our philanthropy, arthritis research. 10% of your receipt will go towards arthritis research! This is an easy way to help out for a wonderful cause... tasty food for a great cause!

-Arthritis affects nearly 1 in 5 adults.
-Arthritis is one of the most prevalent chronic health
problems and the nation’s leading cause of disability among
Americans over age 15.
-Arthritis results in 39 million physician visits and more than
a half million hospitalizations in the United States alone,
costing $128 billion annually to the U.S. economy.
-Arthritis affects people in all age groups including nearly
300,000 children.
-Arthritis refers to more than 100 different diseases that
affect areas in or around joints, including (but not limited
to) Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoarthritis, gout, lupus,
fibromyalgia, and lyme disease.

Upcoming Meeting

Hi Everybody!


I hope you are all doing well and so far off to a good year!!!

I was hoping that everyone will be available for a quick lil meeting and a social dinner

on Tuesday February 16th

at 6:30 pm

At Griffs


This meeting is just going to be brief and a great opportunity to learn about the offices available as an alumnae member as well as a time to voice concerns and ideas for future events for the 2010 calendar!

We should be having elections in march and will schedule a date time and place at tuesdays meeting!
